The Businesses for Families (BFC) Mark gives further impetus for businesses to go the extra mile to cater to families.
The Businesses for Families Mark underscores the potential business value that can be derived from targeting families as customers. Particularly, findings from a MCYS study found that businesses which are targeting families as customers make more money as compared to those that are not.
Businesses which meet specific standards relating to their Strategy, Service, Infrastructure and Business Outcomes (Results) will be awarded the Businesses for Families Mark.
